Guest Information

• We are pleased to offer a smoke free environment.
• Children of all ages are welcome. The suites are not childproof, so parents and/or caregivers are responsible for safety of your child/children. Please keep noise to a minimum as to not disturb our other guests.
• Check-in time is 3:30pm and Check-out time is 11:00am unless otherwise arranged.
• Local calls are free but you will require a Calling Card for long distance calls.
• Damages to suites will be charged to depositer's credit card.
• No pets allowed.

Reservation Policy

• To book we require a 50% deposit by credit card only.
• 30 days before arrival the balance is charged to the same credit card.
• If you are booking less than 30 days in advance the total amount is due at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Because we are a small business, cancellations affect us considerably. Full refunds of deposits minus a $100 admin fee will be given with 90 days notice from booking date. Less than 90 days we do not refund deposits, or offer credits, or switch reservation days.
